I’m Fabiola Mistelske, founder of FM Beauty Team and creator of the Radiant Bride System.
After working behind the scenes of hundreds of bridal beauty experiences, I recognized a pattern: the difference between a calm, polished morning and a chaotic one isn’t talent. It’s timing, structure, and strategy.
Today, I don’t position myself as an artist. I lead as a beauty authority and strategist.
I oversee the experience, the framework, and the coordination that protect a bride’s beauty decisions long before the wedding day arrives. Every artist on our team operates within a defined standard, so the experience is consistent, refined, and intentional.
